The Object Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Is The Acquisition Of The Execution Of The Works Including The Design Service Dtad, Dtac, Pte (Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction Works, Technical Project Of Execution), The Verification Of The Projects And The Technical Assistance During The Execution For The Investment Objective Widening Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu With Extension Of The Tram Infrastructure And Penetration Of Barbu Vacarescu Bd, Road Construction Connection Between Pipera Street, Dimitrie Pompeiu Street And Park&Ride Parking Building As Follows: Phase I - Designing A) Documentation For Obtaining The Building/Cancellation Authorization (Ca), As Well As Any Documentation Required To Obtain The Permits/Agreements Provided For By The Legislation; B) Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction/Decommissioning Works (Dtac/Dtad), Including The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Organization Of The Works (Dtoe) For The Entire Work; C) Proiect Tehnic De Execuție; D) Verificarea Documentațiilor Întocmite De Către Verificatori Atestați Mlpat, Pe Specialități. Faza Ii – Executia Lucrărilor A) Execuția Lucrărilor; B) Technical Assistance From The Designer Throughout The Execution Of The Works, Including The Designers Participation In The Phases Included In The Control Program Of The Execution Works, As Well As Whenever Required. Duration Of The Contract: The Maximum Period For The Design Services, Technical Assistance From The Designer And The Execution Of The Works Is 26 Months, Of Which: - The Period For Providing The Design Services, Obtaining All Approvals And Agreements And Project Approval: A Maximum Of 2 Months From The Start Date Of The Services Specified In The Administrative Start Order; - The Period Of Execution Of The Works And Technical Assistance From The Designer: A Maximum Of 24 Months From The Date Of Start Of The Works Specified In The Administrative Order For The Start Of The Execution Of The Works.
