The Deadline By Which Clarifications Can Be Requested To The Award Documentation: 14 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, Requests For Clarifications Will Be Sent To S.E.A.P. The Contracting Entity Has Established Two Deadlines In Which It Will Respond To All Requests For Clarification As Follows: The First Deadline Is On The 22Nd Day Before The Deadline Established For The Submission Of Offers; The Second Deadline Is The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. The Two Deadlines For Responding To Clarifications Do Not Affect The Right Of Economic Operators To Address Requests For Clarifications During The Entire Period That Elapses From The Moment Of Publication Of The Notice Of Participation And Up To The Deadline 14 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Established By The Contracting Entity. Depending On The Complexity Of The Clarification Requests Addressed By The Economic Operators, For Which The Answers Should Be Published At The First Deadline Indicated Above, The Contracting Entity Has Reserved The Right To Publish The Answers To The Clarifications, Respectively At The Second Deadline Established In The Award Documentation.
