Construction Supervision Services Design And Execution Târgu Mureș-Târgu Neamț Highway Section Ii: Miercurea Nirajului-Leghin, Lot 2C: Pipirig-Vănători Neamț (Leghin). Ii.2.4 Description Of The Public Procurement (The Nature And Quantity Of The Works, Products Or Services Or A Mention Of The Needs And Requirements) The Object Of This Service Contract Is The Provision Of High-Quality Supervision Services, Both During The Design And Execution Period Of The Works, As Well As During The Guarantee Period Of The Works, In Order To Monitor The Correct Use Of The Available Funds And To Ensure That The Contractor Designs And Executes The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, Especially In Regarding The Duration, Quantity, Quality And Cost Of The Design And Works. The Consultant Will Have The Role Of Supervisor According To The Provisions Of The Târgu Mureș – Târgu Neamț Motorway Design And Execution Contract: Section Ii: Miercurea Nirajului – Leghin, Km 22+000 – Km 181+195: Lot 2C: Pipirig – Vanatori Neamt (Leghin). In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And In Compliance With Article 24 Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Occur During The Period Of The Contract, Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To Them: 1. Changes Of The Contracting Parties; 2. Changes Resulting From The Need To Carry Out Additional Studies/Expertise; 3. Changes Resulting From The Implementation Of Requests From Various Institutions/Authorities/Entities That Have Powers Related To The Investment Objective (Such As: Ministries, Jaspers, Central And/Or Local Authorities/Institutions, Certified Verifiers, Control Bodies, Etc.); 4. Legislative Changes Or Technical Rules/Stats/Normatives/Standards During The Performance Of The Contract; 5. Changes Generated By The Inclusion/Introduction Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors; 6. Changes Generated By The Change/Replacement Of Key/Non-Key Personnel/Other Personnel (Other Than The Experts/Persons Who Were The Subject Of Scoring Within The Evaluation Factors Related To The Award Criterion); 7. The Changes Regarding The Extension Of The Deadlines For The Delivery By The Provider Of The Reports/Deliverables Specified In The Contract Or Changes Related To The Verification And Approval Of The Reports/Deliverables By The Beneficiary 8. The Modification Of The Gantt Activity Chart Initially Existing Within The Contract During The Service Provision Period Through The Lens Of Reassignment Of Personnel And/Or Existing Resources/Savings. 9. Reallocation Of Resources Or Savings Within The Service Contract Resulting From: A) Non-Use Of Working Days Due To Non-Mobilization/Demobilization/Reduced Mobilization Of Experts/Staff; B) The Probability That Certain Resources Will No Longer Be Consumed/Needed; C) Application Of The Provisions Of Art. 20.9 Of The Service Agreement; D) Non-Consummation Of Working Days Due To Late Signing Of The Service Contract
