Public Relations Services – Establishment Of A Local Mediation And Information Service In The Context Of Work On The Tzen 2 Bus Line. The Procedure Used Is The European Open Call For Tenders In Application Of Articles R.2124-2 1° Of The Public Order Code. The Single-Award Contract Is Granted With A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount, In Application Of Articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-1, R.2162-4, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. This Contract Includes A Part With A Global And Fixed Price As Well As A Part With Purchase Orders, Executed As Needs Arise. The Contract Is Awarded With An Annual Minimum And An Annual Maximum, For The Initial Duration Of The Contract And For Each Possible Renewal, As Follows: Annual Minimum 100,000 Euros Including Tax And Annual Maximum 215,000 Euros Including Tax. This Contract Is The Subject Of A Single Lot
