It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Framework Agreement For The Creation Of A Specification For Bis-Bokat 3.0 As Well As For Project Support In The Development And Implementation Phase (Project Management Bis-Bokat 3.0). The Aim Of The Project Is The Complete Conceptual, Technical And Organizational Redevelopment Of The Existing Bis-Bokat 2.0 Application. The Existing Application Will Not Be Further Developed, But Rather Completely Redesigned And Implemented. The Project Is Divided Into Two Separate Service Areas. Service Area A: Preparation Of A Requirement Specification And A Cost-Effectiveness Analysis Service Area B: Development Support Service Area A (Service Provision In Accordance With Section 3.2 Of The Service Description) Is Offered As A Flat-Rate Fixed Price. For Service Area B (Service Provision In Accordance With Section 3.3 Of The Service Description), The Client Calculates 1400 Hours. The Distribution Of The Hourly Requirement Extends Over The Entire Contract Term. At This Point In Time, An Exact Distribution Cannot Be Named. The Above Hourly Requirement Represents A Binding Upper Limit. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Meet This Requirement. The Agreement Is Subject To The Condition That Budget Funds Are Available For The Relevant Periods. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Purchase Quantity. Since The Aforementioned Hourly Requirement Is Only An Estimate By The Client, It May Happen That The Upper Limit Is Not Sufficient. In Such A Case, After Mutual Agreement Between The Contracting Parties, The Upper Hour Limit Will Be Increased Accordingly Based On The Existing Hourly Rate And Contract. In Addition, Overall Increases Of Up To A Maximum Of 100 Percent, Based On The Number Of Hours Of The Entire Contract Term, Are Possible Without Creating A Competitive Award Process.
