The Delegate Is Required To Provide The Following Services: Movement And/Or Removal, Upon Request Or Prescription From The Competent Authorities, Of Any Type Of Vehicle In Violation Of The Codes Or Regulations In Force, Transfer Of Vehicles Designated By The Competent Authorities, Legal Custody Of The Vehicles At The Said Location Until The Effective Date Of The Release Prescribing The Exit From The Impound, Return Of The Vehicles Or Their Handing Over To The Estate Services Or To A Destruction Company, Administrative Destruction Of Wrecks, Custody Of Vehicles Subject To Legal Seizure.
