In Addition, The Implementation Of Coaching Sessions To Prepare For Taking On A Management Position At A German Mission Abroad Is Part Of The Framework Agreement. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Over The Maximum Term Of 4 Years (Including The Option Of A One-Time Extension Of One Year) Is €269,403.00 Net. The Conclusion Of This Framework Agreement Does Not Give Rise To The Contractors Entitlement To A Specific Order Volume And Maximum Value, Nor To The Placement Of A Specific Number Of Individual Orders. The Decision Regarding The Respective Scope Of The Services To Be Commissioned Lies Solely At The Discretion Of The Client.
