The Client Would Like To Point Out The Following Regulation Regarding The Handling Of Surcharges: The Consumption Of Construction Electricity And Water Is To Be Determined Via Separate Sub-Distributions With Intermediate Meters And Billed To The Client. If Precise Consumption Recording Does Not Take Place Or Is Not Possible In Individual Cases, A Flat-Rate Levy Will Be Deducted From The Contractors Net Final Invoice Total. The Client Has Taken Out Combined Construction Insurance, Which, In Addition To Construction Insurance, Also Includes Liability Insurance For Everyone Involved In The Execution. The Project-Specific Liability Risk Is Covered Here And Can Be Reduced Accordingly By The Contractor In His Own Liability Insurance.
