Audio-Visual Equipment – Přf/Upol - Delivery Of Av Equipment For Classrooms No. 206, 225 And 226 In Building F2 (Holice). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: A) Supply, Installation, Configuration, Programming And Commissioning Of Complete Av Technology Equipment In Classrooms No. 206, 225 And 226 In Building F2 On The Premises Of The Palacký University In Olomouc, Šlechtitelů 27, Olomouc – Holice; B) Operator Training By Qualified Employee(S) And Provision Of Warranty Service For This Av Technology; C) Supply Of All Metallic Connections And Cabling And Other Installation Material, I.E. Complete, Functional And Flawless Execution Of All Related Installation Work, Including Supplies Of Necessary Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Subject Of Performance And Ensuring Its Operability, Including Performance Of Operational Tests; D) Connection Of New Deliveries With The Existing Systems Of The Contracting Authority, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 4 Of The Procurement Documentation; E) Processing Of The Documentation Of The Actual Performance Of The Subject Of Performance And Its Transfer To The Client 1X In Electronic Form, Transfer Of The List Of Set Parameters And Data Points Of The Control System, Including The Transfer Of A Backup Of The Software Of The Programmed Control System On A Suitable Data Carrier, Processing Of The Operating Procedure For The Use Of The Subject Of Performance, Processing And Transfer Of Complete Accompanying Documentation For The Delivered Subject Of Performance, In Particular Legal Documents, Operating Instructions, Safety Instructions, Etc.; F) Provision Of Minor Masonry And Associated Works, If The Realization Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Requires It; G) Cleaning And Removal Of All Packaging And Other Materials Used During Self-Installation From The Place Of Fulfillment In Accordance With The Provisions Of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, As Amended; H) The Provision Of Transport To The Place Of Performance Is Part Of The Subject Of Performance. The Minimum Requirements For The Subject Of Public Procurement Are Defined By Technical, Commercial Or Other Contractual Conditions, Which Are Attached To The Tender Documentation. In Particular, The Project Documentation, Price Calculation And The Binding Text Of The Contract.
