The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Expansion Of The Existing Integrated System Of Strategic Visibility Of Critical Services In Real Time, To The Extent Of 21 Additional Monitored Services Based On The Requirements Arising From Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is The Integration Of These Newly Monitored Services And Information From Isolated Ict Components Into The Already Established Integrated System Of Strategic Visibility Of The Clients Critical Services In Real Time, Ensuring Integration With Already Implemented Information Sources (Especially The Existing Log Management System) And Integration With The Modeling Environment For Simulating Impact Scenarios. Alternatively, The Contracting Authority Allows Delivery Of A New Solution Of An Integrated System Of Strategic Visibility Of Critical Services In Real Time In The Scope Of 25 Monitored Services Of The Contracting Authority (I.E. 21 New And 4 Already Monitored Services). The Supplied System Must Evaluate Anomalies Or Outages In Real Time And Automatically Transmit Multi-Level Event Notifications With Escalation Protocols According To User Roles To The External Ticketing System. The Architecture Of The Solution Must Enable The Future Centralized Connection Of Other City Organizations With The Prioritization Of Incidents According To The Impact On Traffic And Provide A Flexible System Of Contextual And Event Notifications And Guarantee Full Autonomy In The So-Called Island Mode Without Dependence On The Internet.
