The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Therefore All Design And Engineering Activities, Technology Supply And Installation Construction Activities Required For The Full Operation Of The Pv Plant And Its Systems, Connection To The Distribution System And The Suppliers Commitment To Perform Pv Plant Warranty Service.
