Of The Existing Contrast Agent Injector (Medrad Stellant Certegra, Manufactured By Bayer Medical Care Inc), Their Ecological Disposal And Delivery Of Documents On Its Implementation, - Delivery Of 1 Pc Of New Computer Tomograph, 1 Pc Of Vital Functions Monitor And 1 Pc Of Contrast Agent Injector, Incl. Installation And Commissioning Of Components And Accessories, In Accordance With The Specifications Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation, - Operator Training As Part Of The Installation In Accordance With Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices And In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices, As Amended, Ensuring And Carrying Out Training Of 4 Employees Of The Contracting Authority On The Same Already Functioning Medical Device Outside The Pelhřimov Hospital In The Scope Of Min. 4 Days And Further Operator Training Of All Workers Designated By The Client (10 Persons) On The Delivered And Installed Equipment In The Pelhřimov Hospital In The Scope Of Min. 5 Working Days, While All Training Will Be Carried Out By A Czech-Speaking Application Specialist, - Provision Of Warranty Service For The Subject Of Delivery For The Entire Duration Of The Warranty Period Of Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, - The Performance Of Authorized Post-Warranty Service For A Further Eight Years From The Date Of Expiry Of The Guarantee Period, In Such A Way That The Said Item Is Fully Functional And Can Be Fully Used For Its Purpose Described In The Procurement Documentation Of The Public Contract.
