Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Expansion Or New Construction Of The Herstelle Fire Station - Planning Services. According To The City Of Beverungens Fire Brigade Requirements Plan, The New Construction Or Expansion Of The Fire Station In The Town Of Herstelle Is Planned By Summer 2028. The Estimated Construction Costs Of Around 1.8 Million Euros Are Taken Into Account In The Medium-Term Economic Plan Of The Beverungen Road And Real Estate Company. The Plan For 2026 Is To Complete The Planning Services (Building Construction, Technical Building Equipment And Outdoor Facilities) Up To Approval Planning (Service Phase 4) In Close Coordination With The Building Owner, The Fire Department And Politicians. The Planning Services Are Awarded As Part Of A Two-Stage Process, Consisting Of A Participation Competition And The Subsequent Submission Of An Initial Offer. The Beverungen Road And Real Estate Company Reserves The Right To Award The Contract Based On The Initial Offers Without Entering Into Further Negotiations.
