Kerosene Jet Type Fuels – Framework Agreement - Purchase Of Aviation Fuel Type Jet A1. The Aeroclub Of Romania Intends To Purchase Jet A1 Fuel, By Concluding A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Duration Of 48 Months, Having The Minimum Characteristics Provided By The Astm D 1655 Standard. The Delivery Of The Fuel Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Subsequent Contracts Concluded, Depending On The Needs Of The Beneficiary And On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Adjusted According To The Calculation Formula. If Several Economic Operators Will Not Participate In The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Be Able To Conclude The Framework Agreement With A Single Economic Operator Without Restarting The Procurement Procedure. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded By Resuming The Offline Competition On The Basis Of The Same Conditions Established According To The Framework Agreement, Respectively On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Presented At The Re-Offer, Applying The Award Criteria Of The Agreement. The Tenderer Has The Obligation To Ensure, With Its Own Pump, The Transfer Of Fuel From The Tank To The Beneficiarys Tanks. The Anticipated Quantity Of Jet A1 Aviation Fuel To Be Purchased Under The Subsequent Contracts Is: Minimum 120,000 Liters – Maximum 240,000 Liters. Payment Of Invoices Will Be Made Within 20 Days From The Registration And Validation Of The Invoice In The E-Invoice System. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
