Training Seminars – Purchase Of Training Services For Pre-School And Pre-School Education Pedagogues (Int.). The Kaunas Education Innovation Center Intends To Acquire The Services Of Providing Training Services For Pre-School And Pre-School Education Pedagogues According To The Program Topics (Modules) Specified In The Technical Specification. It Is Planned To Conclude A Preliminary Procurement Contract For The Provision Of Training Services For Preschool And Pre-School Education Pedagogues (Hereinafter Referred To As The Preliminary Contract), On The Basis Of Which The Main Contracts Will Be Concluded For The Procurement Of Training Services For Individual Specific Modules Of The Programs Specified In The Technical Specification. The Preliminary Contract Is Expected To Be Concluded With 4 Suppliers (Or Less Than 4 (Four), If Less Than 4 Suppliers Who Have Submitted Acceptable Offers In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Procurement Documents Are Recognized As The Winning Suppliers Of The Tender). Updated Supplier Competition Will Be Carried Out (If The Preliminary Contract Is Concluded With More Than 1 Supplier) Or Non-Renewed Supplier Competition (Applies Only If The Preliminary Contract Is Concluded With One Supplier And The Buyer Chooses Not To Apply The Updated Supplier Competition Method When Concluding A Specific Main Contract). Services Are Purchased For The Kaunas Education Innovation Center. The Preliminary Quantities Of Purchased Services Are Specified In The Offer Form (Annex 2 Of The Tender Conditions), The Technical Specification And Annex 3 Of The Preliminary Contract. Kaunas Education Innovation Center Does Not Undertake To Ensure The Purchase Of All Specified Services And All Their Quantities; The Buyer Does Not Guarantee The Continuous Demand For All Services To The Suppliers And Is Not Responsible For The Change (Increase Or Decrease) In The Amount Of Services. Requirements For The Procurement Object Are Set Out In Appendix 7 Of The Special Procurement Conditions.
