The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Suppliers Obligation To: A) Carry Out A Complete Change Of The Lan Backbone Infrastructure For The Client At The Place Of Performance According To The Contract Proposal, While This Change Includes The Delivery And Installation Of New Active Elements In The Clients Infrastructure, Conversion Of The Existing Configuration And Commissioning, Together With Introduction To Monitoring And Handover Of Documentation, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Listed In Annex No. 1A Of The Contract Proposal (Hereinafter Referred To As Goods); B) To Provide Service Support To The Client For The Performance Specified Under Letter A) Of This Paragraph Including: Ba) Incident Resolution, Bb) Configuration Services, Bc) Consulting Services, All In Accordance With Annex No. 2 Of The Draft Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Service Support). The Scope Of The Performance Also Includes: A) Transportation And Delivery Of The Goods To The Place Of Performance Specified In Article Iii, Paragraph 5 Of The Draft Contract And Its Moving To The Installation Site According To The Instructions Of The Client; B) Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of The Goods As A Functional Unit Into The Existing Infrastructure In The Clients Environment, Incl. Commissioning Together With Introduction To Monitoring, All Of This In Accordance With Annex No. 1A Of The Draft Contract; C) Delivery Of Documents And Documents Relating To The Use Of The Goods, In Particular Technical Documentation Including Documentation Of Parameters, Configurations And Settings, In Czech Or English In Electronic Form (Pdf Or Ms Word Format); Declaration Of Conformity; Operating Documentation; Respectively Delivery Slips, Warranty Slips For Individual Components And Further Documentation According To Annex No. 1A Of The Draft Contract; D) Provision Of The Right To Use Those Parts Or Parts Of The Goods That Represent, Or Contain Copyrights Or Other Intellectual Property Rights, To The Extent According To The Draft Agreement; E) Training Of Designated Employees Of The Contracting Authority In The Number Of A Maximum Of 5 Persons In The Scope Of At Least 5 Working Days For The Operation And Configuration Of The Goods, Including The Determination Of Routine Maintenance After The Signing Of The Implementation Protocol, And Further In The Number Of A Maximum Of 5 Persons In The Scope Of 5 Working Days During The Duration Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Operator Training). For This Setting Of The Goods, The Supplier Will Provide The Client With An Overview Of The Basic Required Control Parameters; F) Verification Of The Functionality Of The Goods By Trial Operation, Including The Performance Of Acceptance Tests According To Article Vi Of The Draft Contract (Hereinafter Referred To Collectively As The Subject Of Performance). Service Support According To 3.1 Letter B) This Zd Will Be Provided By The Supplier For A Period Of 5 Years From The Signing Of The Handover Protocol According To Article Vi, Paragraph 3 Of The Draft Contract. Part Of The Service Support Is The Provision Of All Updates And Upgrades Issued By The Manufacturer For The Entire Warranty Period And For The Duration Of The Service Support. The Subject Of Performance Is Further Described In More Detail In The Purchase Agreement And Its Annexes, Whic
