Cloud & Central Services. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Includes Tasks That A Service Or Product Manager Has, Such As: Responsibility For Support And Operations, Optimizing Customer Benefits, Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration With Other It Trades, But Also The 2Nd And 3Rd Line, Ensuring Orderliness, Ensuring Profitability & Quality, Providing Information & Documentation, Managing Opportunities And Risks. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As Well As: Capacity Management, Dedicated And Extended Monitoring (E.G. Long-Term Trends Or Accesses), Reporting (Including Regulatory And For Management), Lifecycle Management (Including Update, Patch, Vulnerability, License Management), Support With Itsm, Such As Change, Problem, Incident Management, Collaboration On Budget And Invoicing, Collaboration On Contractual Issues. Also Expected: Support With It Transitions & Transformation, Taking Over It Sub-Project Management, Advisory Support On It Topics, Collaboration With Other It Trades And Banking Areas, Creation Of Feasibility Studies, Documentation, Decision Templates, Participation In Cabs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Specific Support Services Required By Ib.Sh Are Accessed Within The Framework Of Mini-Competitions, Taking Into Account The Work And Project Situation, Qualifications, Availability And Daily Rate. There Is No Entitlement To Purchase A Minimum Quantity.
