The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision Of Guarding And Security Services In The Communal Accommodation For Refugees Operated By The Saalfeld-Rudolstadt District. The Aim Of The Commission Is To Ensure The Safe And Orderly Operation Of The Accommodation As Well As The Protection Of People, Buildings And Other Property. The Services To Be Provided Include In Particular: Entry And Gate Services, Property Protection, Control And Patrol Services Inside And Outside The Accommodation At Different Times Of The Day And Night, Recognition And Reporting Of Danger, Disruption And Conflict Situations, Initiation Of The Contractually Agreed Measures To Avert Danger And Support In Maintaining Security And Order Within The Scope Of The Assigned Tasks. The Control And Security Services Serve In Particular To Prevent Unauthorized Access, The Early Detection Of Dangers And Disruptions And The Protection Of People And Property. The Services Are To Be Provided At The Following Locations: Saalfeld, Hans-Gottwalt-Straße 2/3 Including Associated Outbuildings (245 H/Week X 52 Calendar Weeks = 12,740 H/A) Rudolstadt, Jenaische Straße 14, House 3/4, House 9 (247 H/Week X 52 Calendar Weeks = 12,844 H/A)
