Transport Equipment And Auxiliary Products To Transportation – Operational Leasing For A Fleet Of Company Vehicles. This Service Contract Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Articles 2, 35° And 43 Of The Law Of June 17, 2016 Relating To Public Procurement. The S.A. “Le Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps”, Hereinafter Referred To As The Circuit, Plans To Conclude This Framework Agreement, All Of The Terms Of Which Are Fixed With A Number Of Leasing Companies. During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, The S.A. “Le Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps” Will Solicit Operational Leasing Price Offers From Bidders Through Competitive Bidding. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With The Selected Leasing Companies By Notifying Them Of The Approval Of Their Offer.
