By Describing The Subject Of The Order Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Delivered Products, The Ordering Party Determines The Quality, Technical And Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, Indicated In The Description Constituting Annex No. 5 Of The Swz Content.
