Construction Work - Design And Execution Of Works For The Task Entitled: Works On The C-E 20 Railway Line On The Pilawa - Łuków Section. The Project Is Applying For Financing From The European Investment Bank (Eib). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Proceedings Due To The Failure To Obtain An Eib Loan. Information Supplementing Section 5.1.3 Estimated Period Of Validity: Order Implementation Period: 1) Basic Scope - 44 (Forty-Four) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, In Accordance With § 4 Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement, Included In Volume Ii Of The Swz, Including: A) Completion Of All Works (Subject To Point B) Below And Excluding The Interface Option), Confirmed By The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Including Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Related To The Certification Process - 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, B) Providing The Ordering Party With Permits For Placing Structural Subsystems In Operation, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act – No Longer Than Within 8 (Eight) Months From The Date Of The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party. 2) Interface Option - Not Less Than 6 Months, Provided That The Implementation Deadline Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Not Be Longer Than 4 Years From The Date Of Launch Of The Interface Option. The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Activate The Interface Option Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Works And The Warranty Period For The Works, No Later Than Before The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Scope Of The Works Regarding Railway Traffic Control Devices And Etcs.
