Mains Gas – Gas Supply, Transportation And Associated Services. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is The Supply Of Gas, Transportation And Associated Services Supplying The Delivery Points Of The Buildings Of The Various Members Of The Order Group Listed In The Dce. The Department Of Meurthe-Et-Moselle Is The Coordinator Of This Group Of Orders For The Purchase Of Natural Gas Established On The Basis Of Articles L2113-6 And L2113-8 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Group Is Made Up Of 57 Members (56 Public Colleges And The Department Of Meurthe-Et-Moselle). The Purpose Of The Order Group Is To Award And Sign Contracts For The Supply And Transportation Of Natural Gas For The Specific Needs Of Its Members. The Maximum Framework Agreement Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-12 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators (Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Offers). The Framework Agreement Will Give Rise To The Conclusion Of One Or More Subsequent Contracts Awarded When The Need Arises, Under The Conditions Provided For In The Consultation Documents. The Selected Operators Will Become The Exclusive Service Providers Of The Members For The Duration Of The Subsequent Contract(S) For Which They Are Declared Awarded. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Four (4) Years From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. The Start Date Of The Framework Agreement Of October 1, 2026 Is Only Indicative. The Duration Of The Subsequent Contract Is Indicated In Its Commitment Document. The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts Takes Place During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. The End Date For Execution Of The Services Of Subsequent Contracts May Be After The Expiry Date Of The Framework Agreement, Without However This Extension Of Execution Beyond The Deadline Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement Being Such As To Disregard The Obligation Of Periodic Re-Competition Of The Holders Of The Framework Agreement. The Price Offer Will Be Submitted By The Holder(S) Of The Framework Agreement When Awarding Subsequent Contracts Under The Conditions Defined In The Ccap. The Services Will Be Remunerated By A Firm And Final Price According To The Terms Provided For In The Ccap. The Total Amount Of Services For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 25,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat Maximum. There Is No Provision For Division Into Batches Given The Nature Of The Services Which Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services And Does Not Justify Such An Allotment Which, If Necessary, Would Be Likely To Restrict Competition And Would Make The Execution Of The Services Technically More Difficult And Financially More Costly.
