Scope of Work The selected supplier shall be responsible for the complete supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover of all equipment required for the PITA and PICTI spaces, ensuring that all systems are fully operational and ready for use. 1. Supply of Equipment The supplier shall: Provide all equipment, hardware, devices, accessories, peripherals, and components specified in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ)/Equipment List as annexed below. 2. Delivery and Logistics The supplier shall: Package and transport all equipment safely to the designated PITA and PICTI locations In Gaza City Al-Rimal Area, Al-Jalaa Street, Tomooh Building, 2nd Floor. Bear all costs related to transportation, handling, loading, unloading, insurance, customs clearance (if applicable), and delivery. Deliver equipment within the agreed implementation schedule. Replace any damaged or defective items identified during delivery or inspection. 3. Installation and Setup The supplier shall: Install all equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. Assemble furniture, workstations, laboratory equipment, training devices, and other infrastructure items where applicable. Configure equipment for operational readiness. Ensure proper cable management and safe installation practices. Integrate equipment with existing infrastructure where required. 4. Configuration and Integration The supplier shall: Configure hardware and software components to ensure proper functionality. Install and activate required operating systems, firmware updates, software applications, licenses, and drivers. Configure network-connected equipment and verify connectivity. Ensure compatibility between all supplied systems and equipment. 5. Testing and Commissioning The supplier shall: Conduct functional testing of all supplied equipment. Verify performance against technical specifications. Perform operational tests in the presence of the designated project representatives. Rectify any deficiencies identified during testing. Submit commissioning reports confirming successful installation and operation. 6. Documentation The supplier shall provide: Equipment inventory and asset list. Technical datasheets and product specifications. User manuals and operating instructions. Installation and configuration records. Warranty certificates. Maintenance recommendations and schedules. 7. Handover and Acceptance The supplier shall: Conduct a final inspection jointly with the client. Submit all required documentation and reports. Address any outstanding issues identified during acceptance testing. Obtain formal acceptance and handover approval upon successful completion of all contractual obligations.
