Request for proposals for Provision of Consulting Services to Erongo Regional Council for . The Updating of the Erongo Regional Profile and the Development of Branding and Marketing Strategy for the Erongo Regional Council. The proposals from the shortlisted consultants shall be submitted in two separate envelopes, namely Technical and Financial proposal, and should follow the form given in annexure 2 "Supplementary Information for Consultants".
