Tenders are invited for Procurement for Supply and Delivery of Fresh / Dry Provisions for Sri Lanka Army-Year 2027. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 30.06.2026 at 10:00 am at 1st Floor Nandimithra Auditorium of the Ministry of Defence, Defence Headquarters Complex, Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by bidders on submission of a written application to Director, Supply and Transport, Sri Lanka Army (Army Headquarters Vehicle Parking Area) at the address given in Para 16, upon payment of non-refundable fee. Non refundable fee relevant for each station/camp each bid shall be in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Government Procurement Guidelines 2024. (The schedule of respective non-refundable fee of bids can be obtained from the Directorate of Supply and Transport, Sri Lanka Army (Army Headquarters Vehicle Parking Area) address given in Para 16). Interested bidders may obtain further information from Directorate of Supply & Transport of Sri Lanka Army Headquarters (Army Headquarters Vehicle Parking Area), may inspect the bidding documents free of charge and may purchase bidding documents at the office of the address given in Para 16 below, from 22.06.2026 to 15.07.2026 between 09:00 am and 03:00 pm on working days.
