The proposed system shall meet and not exceed the following technical specifications. Technical Specifications The required system shall include: 12 kW Single-Phase Inverter, Felicity. 16 photovoltaic solar panels of 620W each from recognized manufacturers or equivalent quality, Longi. Lithium battery storage system with a total capacity of approximately 35 kWh (2 × 17.5 kWh), Felicity. Galvanized steel mounting structure with appropriate foundations and supports. All required accessories, including DC breakers, protection devices, fuses, connectors, and related equipment. Electrical cabling and complete system interconnections. Complete installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a fully operational system. Minimum Warranty Requirements Inverter: Minimum 2-year warranty. Solar Panels: Minimum 12-year performance warranty. Batteries: Minimum 7-year warranty. Steel Structure: Minimum 12-year warranty. Accessories and Cables: Minimum 5-year warranty. Installation and System Performance: Minimum 1-year full system warranty. Mandatory Site Visit A site visit is mandatory for all interested bidders prior to submission of their quotations. Companies wishing to participate must request a site visit by sending a WhatsApp message to 01-565466, stating: "Request for site visit to Tikrit Municipality Solar Energy System Project." Site visits will be coordinated by GATE Lebanon Organization. Quotations submitted without a prior site assessment may not be considered. VAT must be clearly stated if applicable. Implementation schedule. Warranty and after-sales service details. Evidence of relevant experience in similar solar energy projects.
