The aim of the mission is to deliver comprehensive, pre-developed training sessions, aimed at strengthening the institutional capacities of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). The training will focus on the following key area: Financial Management Enhancing CSOs capacity to establish and maintain effective financial management systems that support transparency, accountability, compliance, and organizational sustainability. This includes developing and managing budgets, financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, internal controls, donor compliance, financial risk management, and the efficient use of resources to strengthen organizational performance and achieve program objectives. The training will be conducted over four sessions, spanning four days. Each session will consist of 6 hours. The program is scheduled to begin on July in Tripoli and Beirut (1 session each) Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Meet with Jafras, Madas, and WeWorlds teams to discuss the missions objectives and expectations.
