In line with the projects objective to enhance the effectiveness, sustainability, and overall impact of local CSOs, Jafra and Mada Association are focused on strengthening the institutional frameworks and technical competencies of local CSOs operating in Lebanon. The aim of the mission is to deliver comprehensive, pre-developed training sessions, aimed at strengthening the institutional capacities of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). The training will focus on the following key area: Human Resources (HR) and Logistics/Procurement Management Enhancing CSOs capacity to establish and maintain effective human resources and logistics/procurement systems that support transparency, accountability, compliance, and organizational efficiency. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and performance systems, staff development and safeguarding practices, as well as procurement planning, sourcing and tendering processes, supplier and contract management, inventory and asset management, and financial and administrative documentation systems. It also covers compliance with labor laws, donor regulations, and organizational standards to strengthen institutional performance, ensure the efficient use of resources, and support the effective delivery of program objectives. The training will be conducted over three sessions, spanning three days. Each session will consist of 6 hours. The program is scheduled to begin on August in Tripoli and Beirut (3 sessions in each location). Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Meet with Jafras, Madas, and WeWorlds teams to discuss the missions objectives and expectations. Deliver the 3 training sessions to assigned groups (each session up to [6 hours]) including the main tasks below: Review the projects objectives, participating CSOs profiles, and their existing human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
