Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Science & Technology Al Majmoua, an independent Lebanese non-governmental organization, is seeking an authorized Bitdefender reseller or partner to procure, deploy, and support endpoint security software. This initiative falls under the "DAEM" project (funded by the Embassy of Denmark under the RDPP III initiative) as part of Al Majmouas roadmap to strengthen its IT security posture and comply with Banque du Liban (BDL) cybersecurity frameworks. The selected vendor will deliver 200 centrally managed software licenses, complete full implementation across the organizations device infrastructure, and provide subsequent maintenance and operational support. The scope of work is divided into two distinct workstreams that must be handled end-to-end by a single provider: Workstream 1: Software License Procurement Scope: Delivery and activation of 200 valid licenses for Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security Enterprise, split precisely into 30 server licenses and 170 laptop/endpoint licenses. Key Tasks: Provisioning the cloud-hosted or on-premises GravityZone management console, setting up the organizational structure, establishing administrator accounts with role-based access controls, and handing over official product documentation and license certificates. Workstream 2: Installation, Configuration, and Support Scope: Complete software installation, policy customization, validation testing, and hands-on training. Key Tasks: Configuring tailored protection modules (including Anti-Malware, HyperDetect machine learning, Firewall, Patch Management, and EDR features), applying server-specific workloads vs. laptop policies, executing threat detection simulations, providing a minimum 2-hour training session with a quick-reference guide for the internal IT team, and providing a vendor-backed technical support agreement. The technical support component carries a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) with target response and resolution windows based on issue priority (P1 through P4), with critical issues requiring a response within 2 business hours and a resolution within 1 business day How to apply Proposals from consultants or firms that do not meet all mandatory requirements will bedisqualified. Active and verifiable status as an authorized Bitdefender reseller or Bitdefender partner(Gold, Platinum, or equivalent tier). Minimum 2 years of experience in deploying and managing Bitdefender GravityZone solutionsfor enterprise or mid-market customers. Ability to provide in-country (Lebanon) support resources for on-site assistance ifrequiredEvidence of at least 2 completed projects of similar nature (referencesor case studies required).
