Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. SPECIFICATION OF GOODS REQUIRED Project overview Water sampling and field-testing items will be supplied to the Oxfam office in Rmaile to support water quality monitoring activities. The supplied items will be used for the collection, transport, preservation, and on-site testing of water samples. The materials shall support basic water quality checks, including chlorine, pH, TDS, turbidity, sanitation, and sample handling during field visits. All items shall be portable, suitable for field use, easy to transport, and appropriate for water sampling works. The required items are detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and the corresponding technical specifications are provided in the sections below. Portable Refrigerator for Quality Testing Supply and delivery of portable refrigerator suitable for temporary storage and transport of water quality testing samples during field work. All supplied materials and equipment shall be brand new and of proven quality and performance. The supplier shall submit comprehensive technical data sheets and user manuals. TIMEFRAME AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The supplier shall deliver the items in 10 days. 100% payment will be made after the delivery of items, and submission of all required documents. Oxfam withholds the right to conduct interviews with one or more potential suppliers before an award decision is made. The purpose of the interview is to seek further clarification on the submitted quotations and learn more about the background and previous experiences of the potential suppliers and their teams.
