Tenders are invited for Lot 4 and Lot 5 - Construction of Tbilisi Bypass Lot 4 - Construction of Tbilisi Airport - Lotchini Interchange Road Section and Tbilisi Bypass Lot 5 - Construction of Lotchini Interchange - Rustavi Road Section The Bidders net worth, as a minimum, for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. Its annual average construction turnover for the last three (3) years must not be less than USD 75,000,000 for Lot 4 and USD 60,000,000 for Lot 5 or equivalent. The Bidder must demonstrate that it has access to financial resources of not less than USD 12,500,000 for Lot 4 and USD 10,000,000 for Lot 5 or equivalent to support the cash flow requirement for this project and all its current contract commitments.
