Tenders are invited for Research Consultancy - Social Behavior Change (SBC) for Agroecological Transitioning Closing Date: Friday, 10. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Human Rights & Protection Founded in France in 1979, Action Against Hunger is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization dedicated to combating hunger and disease worldwide. Our mission is to save lives by supporting vulnerable children, women, and men and addressing their most urgent needs through sustainable, long-term solutions. Operating in Lebanon since 2006, Action Against Hunger maintains bases in Zahle, Tyre, and Tripoli, providing support across six of Lebanons eight governorates. Our interventions include emergency water and sanitation services, food security programming, health and nutrition activities, and recovery efforts aimed at restoring basic services and supporting agricultural production. Through this broad operational presence, we remain committed to delivering life-saving assistance and responding rapidly during times of crisis. Action Against Hunger has received financing from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD"), and intends to use part of the funds thereof for payments under the following project "ARADINA. The Client benefits from the following services in the context of this Request for Expressions of Interest: Research Consultancy. The Services of the consultant shall consist of a Research Consultancy for Social Behaviour Change (SBC) for Agroecological Transitioning. Action Against Hunger hereby invites Applicants to show their interest in delivering the Services described in the attached document. How to apply The email address for the submission of Proposals is as follows: [email protected] Proposals submitted electronically shall be in the form of read-only files (i.e. PDF form), with maximum size 25MB and password protected. A single file shall comprise the technical Proposal and named Technical Proposal Name of Consultant. Each Consultant shall send their password for the technical Proposal within one hour after the closing date and time for the submission of Proposals, to the email address for the submission of Proposals above. Sending the password before these closing dates and times may result in the Client rejecting the corresponding proposal. The Client will confirm, within 24 hours, the receipt and content (name of files) of each Proposal file it has received at the above email address. If the Consultant does not receive this confirmation from the Client within 24 hours, they should ask the Client to confirm receipt of their Proposal file. The deadline for submission of applications is Friday, 10 July 2026, at 13:00 PM (Lebanon time). The Consultant remains responsible for ensuring that the Client receives their Proposal file before the closing date and time for the receipt of Proposals and in accordance with the method of submission indicated above.
