1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Access Road To The Fields On Plot No. 98 - Hornowszczyzna District And 961 - Hornowo District. Lump-Sum Settlement.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Construction Of The Road Surface From An Unbound Mixture 0/31.5 Mm Of C50/30 Aggregate, B) Construction Of A Cut-Off Layer Of Sand, C) Construction Of Roadside Surfaces From Aggregate, D) Construction Of The Exit Surface From An Unbound Mixture 0/31.5 Mm From C50/30.2A Aggregate. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price The Cost Of All Works, Activities And Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Separately Specified In The Bill Of Quantities. In Particular, The Offer Price Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Measurement And Surveying Works Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Including Surveying Works That Are Not Separately Specified In Item 1 Of The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As Measurements, Marking Out The Works, Ongoing Surveying Services, Control Of Dimensions And Ordinates, And Other Measurement And Surveying Activities Required For The Proper Commencement, Conduct And Completion Of The Works. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate In The Offer Price All Works, Activities And Costs Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Swz, Stwiorb, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Purpose Of The Order. Failure To Separate A Given Activity In The Bill Of Quantities, Including Measurement, Surveying Or Other Auxiliary Activities, Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration, Provided That These Activities Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Concerns Only One Section Of The Road, Therefore, For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons, It Should Be Implemented By One Contractor. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Disturb The Competitiveness Of Contractors On The Market.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
