Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 510180K At Km 1+600 To 2+720 In The Towns Of Zaborze, Grojec And Poręba Wielka, Oświęcim Commune. The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: A) Renovation Of The Road Surface - Making An Asphalt Concrete Surface B) Renovation Of Roadsidesc) Renovation Of Exits D) Renovation Of The Roadside Ditch E) Renovation Of The End Walls Of Existing Culverts Scope Of Individual Works Was Indicated In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Developed By Biuro Inżynierskie Mk Spółka Jawna With Its Registered Office At Ul. Ue 10/88.1 In Oświęcim Additional Comments - Requirements For The Contractor Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order The Investment Is Co-Financed From The Government Road Development Fund 1. The Contractor Declares That It Has A Team Of People With Appropriate Authorizations, Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract And There Are No Legal Or Factual Obstacles Preventing Or Hindering The Contractor From Fulfilling This Obligation2. The Contractor Declares That, Based On The Documents Received From The Ordering Party, He Has Knowledge Of The General And Specific Conditions Related To The Property In Question And Its Vicinity, Technical Conditions And The Difficulties, Risks And Scope Of Liability That May Arise Strictly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, He Has Familiarized Himself With The Facility And Is Aware Of All Circumstances Affecting The Method Of Carrying Out The Work And Its Organization, And Took These Conditions Into Account When Determining The Price Given In This Contract.3. The Contractor Declares That The Information Received From The Ordering Party Enabled Him To Clearly Assess The Scope Of Work Covered By This Agreement, The Conditions And Time Necessary For Their Proper And Timely Performance, And Allowed Him To Make A Final Calculation Of The Tasks Entrusted To The Contractor.4.
