The Project Concerns The Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Building - A Health Center, Located In The Gilowice Commune. The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Works Includes: • Replacement Of Windows And Doors, • Insulation Of Basement Walls In The Ground, • Insulation Of Basement Walls Above The Ground, • Insulation Of Above-Ground Walls, • Insulation Of The Ceiling Of The Last Floor, • Insulation Of The Hanging Ceiling In The Evacuation Zone, • Construction Of A Band Around The Building With Drainage, • Replacement Of The Existing Coal Heat Source With A Pellet Boiler, • Replacement Of Valves Radiators To Thermostatic Ones, • Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, • Other Reconstruction And Repair Works. Design Activities Are Aimed At Thermal Insulation Of Rooms And Improving The Thermal Conditions Of The Facility, Increasing The Comfort Of Use Of The Building, As Well As Reducing The Demand For Thermal Energy. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Developed Functional And Utility Program.
