The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of A Part Of The Ground Floor In The Building Of Centrum Medyczne Fregata Sp. Z O.O. For The Needs Of Basic Staff Cloakrooms, Office Rooms And Warehouses. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design And Construction Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz, In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 13 To The Swz. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractor To Submit Any Claims, In Particular Claims For An Increase In Remuneration.
