1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Children And Young People From The Ropczyce-Sędziszów District To The Seat Of The District Family Assistance Center In Ropczyce - The Nasza Baza Day Support Facility In Ropczyce And Transport To The Place Agreed With The Ordering Party, Together With The Provision Of A Transport Guardian During The Execution Of The Order Under The Project Our Base - A Space For The Development Of Children And Youth No. Fepk.07.19-Ip.01-0039/25 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027, Priority Fepk.07 Human Capital Ready For Change, Measure 7.19 Social Integration. Each Route Starts At The Daily Support Facility Nasza Baza In Ropczyce, Ul. Konopnicka 3, 39-100 Ropczyce. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out From The Date Of Awarding The Order Until December 31, 2026, On Business Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays And Additional Holidays At The Nasza Baza Daily Support Facility In Ropczyce. Every Day, From Monday To Friday, 25-30 Children Will Be Picked Up And Dropped Off In The Ropczyce-Sędziszów Poviat. The Transport Will Take Place From Specific Points Located Along The Route, In The Ropczyce-Sędziszów Poviat (Iwierzyce Commune, Sędziszów Małopolski, Ostrów, Ropczyce And Wielopole Skrzyńskie) To The Nasza Baza Day Support Facility In Ropczyce, And Then The Support Participants Will Be Transported To The Place From Which They Were Picked Up Or To Their Place Of Residence, In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Service Covered By This Order Is To Be Provided By A Means Of Transport For At Least 9 People, Factory-Adapted To Transporting People, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2006, Meeting The Requirements Of Safety And The Highway Code. The Service Should Be Performed By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide: A Means Of Transport For A Minimum Of 17 People - 1 Or 2 Operational Vehicles With A Driver And A Guardian(S). Delivery In Every Bus; A) Vehicles Must Have Space For Folded Wheelchairs. Passenger Seats Should Be Equipped With Seat Belts And High Backrests Or Backrests With Headrests. The Technical Condition Of The Vehicle Providing The Service Must Be Confirmed By Appropriate Technical Inspection Documents. Vehicles Must Have Valid Third Party Liability Insurance. These Documents Should Be Presented At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. The Service Will Be Provided In Particular With The Vehicles Listed In The Submitted Annex No. 3B To The Swz; B) Appropriate Conditions Of Safety, Hygiene And Comfort Of Travel; C) Compliance With The Established Time Schedule And Routes; D) A Seat For Each Person Transported; E) In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure Or Inability To Provide Services By The Driver Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace These Persons On His Own Or Provide A Re
