A Mixture Of Rubber Granules And Polyurethane Binder, Spread Mechanically. B) Construction Of A Sprayed Polyurethane Surface On The Entire Surface Of The Running Track And Multi-Purpose Pitches, Along With Painting The Segregation Lines Of The Pitches And Running Tracks. C) Renovation And Adjustment Of The Long Jump Landing Beam. Scope Of Works Regarding The Football Pitch: A) Dismantling The Artificial Grass Surface With Backfill. B) Removing The Top Layer Of The Pitch Substructure, 5 Cm Thick. C) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Debris And The Surface. D) Construction Of A Leveling Layer Of The Substructure Made Of Aggregate, Layer Thickness 5 Cm. E) Delivery And Installation Of A Sports Surface. The Scope Of Work Is Described In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That It Sets Requirements Regarding The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. Details Regarding The Above-Mentioned Requirements, Including The Type Of Activities Covered By The Requirements, The Method Of Employment Verification And The Ordering Partys Control Rights, Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Partial Offer Or A Variant Offer.
