I. Subject Matter Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is A One-Off Delivery Of Natural Crushed Aggregate Obtained As A Result Of The Transformation Of Rock Raw Material Originating From Igneous, Sedimentary Or Metamorphic Rocks (E.G. Gneiss, Granite) In A Total Amount Of 5,000 Tons 2. The Aggregate Is Intended For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads And Hardened Surfaces 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Aggregate With The Following Fraction: O 0-31.5 Mm - Quantity: 5 000 Tons.4. The Delivered Material Must Not Be Contaminated And Must Not Contain: Municipal Waste, Scrap, Wires, Nails, Glass And Other Contaminants That Could Damage Vehicles Traveling On The Road, And Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.) Or Admixtures Of Other Materials That Exceed The Values Specified In The Regulations And Technical Conditions For Aggregates.
