Moniuszki) - Marking And Safety Devices Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic, - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage Network, - Excavation Of Excavations For The Planned Road Lighting Cable Line, - Backfilling And Compaction Of Excavations Made For The Planned Road Lighting Cable Line, - Regulation And Protection Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure, - Removal Of Conflicts With The Existing Underground Infrastructure In Accordance With The Arrangements Issued By The Network Managers, - Other Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Which Resulted From Additional Inspections Preceding The Design Works And From Technical Conditions Of Network Operators In This Region. If A Specific Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, This Reference Also Means The Standard/Specification/Assessment/System Current On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or A Standard Replacing The Indicated Standard, As Well As An Equivalent Solution, Provided That It Ensures That The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Are Met To An Extent Not Less Than The Standard Indicated In The Order Documents. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Indicated Standard And A Later Or Replacing Standard, The Standard Ensuring A Higher Level Of Compliance Shall Prevail, Unless Legal Provisions Or Conformity Assessment Documents Require The Use Of A Specific Standard Or A Specific Version Of The Standard.
