1) The Subject Of The Contract Are Services As Part Of Construction Works, Which Will Be Performed As Preparatory Works, Being Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 567 - Forest Act), Covering Work In The Field Of Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Forest Breeding And Other Works Related To Forest Management, To Be Performed In The Kościerzyna Forest District In The Wierzysko, Debrzyno, Nowa Kiszewa, Wdzydze Forest Districts, Cigarardo, Zabrody, Podrąbiana.
