The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Sports Floor In The Sports Hall Of The School Complex In Stoczek Łukowski, Which Includes, Among Others: 1) Installation Of A Professional Sports Floor System Directly On The Existing Pvc Surface (Approx. 648 M2), Aimed At Obtaining The Parameters Of The En 14904 Standard (Amortization Min. 60%, Ball Bounce Min. 90%);2) Preparation, Washing And Priming Of The Existing Floor;3) Installation Of A Layer System (Elastic Layer Of Min. 15 Mm And A Top Pvc Layer With A Hammer Structure);4) Installation Of System Threshold Strips (Safely Leveling The Level Difference Of Approx. 38 Mm) And Ventilated Wall Strips;5) Installation Of 6 Sleeves For Sports Posts Flush With The New Floor Level;6) Painting Of The Pitch Lines;7) Delivery Of A Surface Protection System (Boards) 100X200 Cm);8) Installation Of 3 Bicycle Racks For 2 Stations In The Shape Of The Letter U.9) Due To The Fact That The Sports Floor System Will Be Placed On The Existing Pvc Sports Carpet, It Is Difficult To Estimate The Appropriate Depreciation, The Ordering Party Allows For A Floor System With A Sports Carpet With A Thickness Of 6.2 Mm To 8.3 Mm. At The Same Time, A Possible Collision With Radiators In The Sports Hall And The Corridor Floor Level Should Be Taken Into Account, Therefore The Total Thickness Of The Sports Floor System Should Not Exceed 42Mm.2. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 5-Year Warranty For The Installed Sports Floor System And A 2-Year Warranty For The Painted Lines Of The Pitches.3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Opz And The Investors Cost Estimate Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.4. The Contractors Obligation Is To Implement The Contract On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Specified Above. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.5. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Origin In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Connection With The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, Such Indication Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract Using Its Own And New Materials.6. If The Design Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard
