1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Street Lighting In The Dobroń Commune, With Two Separate Tasks.2. As Part Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Tasks: 1) Task No. 1: Construction Of Street Lighting In Dobroń - Ul. Kolejowa.A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Street Lighting In Dobroń At Ul. Kolejowa, Covering Plots No. 15, 59/2 And 120/6. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Construction Of Complete Street Lighting Infrastructure In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. B) Additionally, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, Collisions With The Existing Telecommunications Infrastructure Of Orange Polska S.A. Should Be Removed. With The Planned Road And Lighting Investment, In Accordance With The Issued Technical Conditions. C) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Construction Of A Street Lighting Line, - Installation Of 14 Lighting Poles, - Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures, - Earthworks, - Execution Of Cable Installations And Electrical Connections, - Construction Of Security And Lighting Control Elements, - Relocation Of Telecommunications Infrastructure Colliding With The Investment, - Protection Of Existing Telecommunications Cables With Protective Pipes In Places Intersections With The Road And Sidewalk,  Construction Of Inspection Ditches And Securing The Existing Telecommunications Infrastructure,  Performance Of Works Under The Supervision Of A Representative Of Orange Polska S.A.,  Carrying Out Tests, Measurements And Commissioning Of The Installation,  Preparation Of As-Built Documentation,  Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works. D) Requirements For Removing Conflictsthe Removal Of Conflicts Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Issued By Orange Polska S.A., In Particular: - Works Within The Telecommunications Infrastructure Should Be Performed Manually And Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Representative Of Orange Polska S.A., - All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Required Arrangements And Notifications, - After Completion Of The Works, Documentation Must Be Provided As-Built And Acceptance Of The Infrastructure By Orange Polska S.A. E) Requirements For Implementationthe Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: Design Documentation,  Technical Conditions Of Orange Polska S.A.,  Applicable Legal Provisions,  Industry Standards,  Principles Of Technical Knowledge,  Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.2) Task No. 2: Construction Of Street Lighting In Chechło Trzeci - Ul.
