A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That This Design Documentation Constitutes Integrated Elements Of Design Work That Cannot Be Divided. Its Individual Elements Are Inextricably Linked With Each Other, Both Technically And Organizationally. The Above May Make It Difficult Or Impossible To Coordinate Multi-Discipline Design Work Carried Out By Several Entities, Which Will Result In A Threat To The Proper Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party, Acting Rationally And By Obtaining The Best Results From The Expenditure Incurred, Cannot Allow For The Maximum Possible Fragmentation Of The Order, Due To The Fact That Excessive Fragmentation Of The Order In Question Into Parts May Result In Negative Consequences For The Ordering Party. Moreover, The Contract Is Suitable For Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, So The Lack Of Division Of The Task Into Parts Does Not In Any Way Lead To Restriction Of Competition In The Procedure.4. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26/06/1974 - Labor Code. 1) Due To The Specificity Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract. 5.
