The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation And Tender Materials As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Tasks Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Revitalization As A Chance To Improve The Socio-Economic Attractiveness Of The Town Of Łubnice - Stage Ii.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Studies: 1) Study 1. Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Health Center In Łubnice, Including Adapting The Facility To The Needs Of People With Disabilities: A) The Order Involves The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Including, Among Others: Comprehensive Construction Works, Earthworks Related To Foundation Excavations And Backfilling, Construction Of Concrete Foundations With Reinforcement And Moisture-Proof Insulation (Both Vertical And Heavy Foundation Insulation) Related To The Expansion Of The Existing Building Of The Health Center Located On Plot No. 269/8 In Łubnice With A Usable Area Of Approximately 80 M², Reconstruction Of The Existing Part Of The Center, Construction Works Such As Construction Of External Walls And Partitions, Reinforced Concrete Stairs With Balustrades, Construction Of Wreaths, Columns, Beams, Ceilings And Chimneys, As Well As Roof Covering With Roof Trusses And Insulation. Insulation Of External Walls Is Also Planned, Along With The Installation Of Windows And Doors With High Thermal Insulation Parameters. The Finishing Works Include Floors, Painting, Plastering And Tiling. B) In Addition, It Is Planned To Modernize The Electrical Installation (Including Energy-Saving Led Lighting And Switchboards), Water And Sewage Installations And Central Heating. C) The Adaptation Of The Facility To The Needs Of Disabled People Will Include The Construction Of A Ramp At The Entrance Door, Horizontal Marking Of Communication Routes, A Typhlographic Board And The Installation Of An Induction Loop For The Hearing-Impaired. D) Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Final Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment No.In.6733.1.2025 Of The Mayor Of The Łubnice Commune Of February 2, 2026. The Task Is Carried Out On The Plot With Registration Number No. 269/8 And 272/2, Łubnice District. E) The Maximum Planned Cost Of The Task Cannot Exceed Pln 1. Pln 882,352.94 Gross.2) Study 2. Modernization Of School Infrastructure In The Public Primary School In Łubnice: A) The Order Involves The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Including, Among Others: Comprehensive Modernization Of Existing, Old Floors By Cutting Them Off And Replacing Them With New, Durable Surfaces. In Addition, You Should Plan Functional And Aesthetic Metal Stairs To The Basement. It Is Also Planned To Install A New Electrical Installation, Including Replacing Wires, Sockets And Contacts, Which Will Improve Safety And Comfort Of Use. The Modernization Works Also
