The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Washing, Disinfection, Drying And Processing (Ironing, Mangling, Disinfection, Etc.) Of Bed Linen And Hospital Underwear, Together With The Service Of Transporting Dirty Linen From The Hospital Warehouse To The Laundry Room And The Transport Of Clean Linen From The Laundry Room To The Hospital For Spzzoz In Żuromin, Case Number Spzzoz-Zp/13/2026. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular (Principles Of Service Provision): 1) In The Scope Of Laundry Services Provided Includes: Water Washing And Disinfection Of Hospital And Surgical Linen, Mattress Covers, Blankets, Pillows, As Well As Work, Surgical And Other Clothing (Curtains, Drapes, Tablecloths); Ironing; Ironing And Dry Cleaning Of Products Not Suitable For Water Washing (After Packaging Them Separately By The Ordering Party), Including Transport. 2) Collection Of Dirty Laundry And Delivery Of Clean Laundry Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, Once A Day, Excluding Holidays And Non-Working Days. In The Case Of More Than 2 Days Off From Work, The Parties Will Agree On An Additional Day For The Collection Of Dirty Linen And An Additional Date For The Arrival Of Clean Linen.3) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide, At Its Own Expense, Certified Water-Soluble Bags For Packing, Transporting And Washing Dirty, Contaminated Underwear And Hospital Clothing, And Certified Outer Bags For Packing And Transporting Dirty, Contaminated Underwear And Hospital Clothing, In Quantities Consistent With The Demand. Of The Ordering Party4) Services Are To Be Provided Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Handover Of The Laundry Assortment, With The Exception Of Tailored Clothes, Which Must Be Returned To The Ordering Party Within 48 Hours From The Time Of Handover, And Blankets And Pillows, Which Are To Be Returned To The Ordering Party Within 72 Hours From The Time Of Handover.5) Clean Linen Will Be Delivered From 8.00 A.M. To 11.00 A.M. By The Contractors Means Of Transport, Directly To The Ordering Partys Clean Linen Warehouse.6) Dirty Linen Will Be Collected From 11.00 A.M. To 1.00 P.M. Using The Contractors Transport.
