Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fuels: Unleaded Gasoline Pb 95 And Diesel Oil To Vehicles Belonging To Units Subordinated To The Ordering Party. Fuel Is Purchased Directly For Vehicles At Gas Stations, In A Cashless Sales System, In Quantities Corresponding To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.2. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Sale Of Partial Services And Refueling In Quantities Covering The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Based On Its Unilateral Instructions.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Delivery Be At Least One Station Located At A Distance Of No More Than 5 Km From The Location Of Individual Points, 6 Locations For 2 Tasks Described In The Swz, Ensuring The Possibility Of Refueling Diesel Fuel, Pb 95 From The Dispenser At Least Until 9:00 P.M., 14 Hours A Day.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Store Fuels In Its Own Tanks. Refueling Will Take Place Directly To The Ordering Partys Vehicles.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Supply Fuels That Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). The Offered Fuel Products Must Meet The Standards Pn-En228: 2013-04, Pn-En 590: 2013-12 Or Equivalent Standards.6. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Immediately, No Later Than Within One Day, Provide A Fuel Quality Certificate And A Document Specifying The Fuel Source.7. The Ordering Party Envisages Submitting Offers For The Entire Order Or For Parts, Where A Given Task Constitutes Part Of The Order, Divided As Follows. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts Of The Order That May Be Awarded To One Contractor.
