3. Subject Of The Order: 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Task In The Design And Build Formula, I.E. The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, And Then The Execution Of Construction Works, Deliveries, Installation Of Equipment And Commissioning Of The Facility.3.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Expansion Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Skała Commune, Located In Cianowice, At Ul. To Brickyard, On Plots No. 12/9 And 12/10, District 0002 Cianowice, Registration Unit Skała. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Modernize And Expand The Existing Pszok In A Way That Ensures Proper, Safe Reception, Storage And Transfer Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As To Improve The Functionality Of The Facility, Service Conditions For Residents And Working Conditions Of Staff.3.3. Investment Location: The Investment Will Be Implemented On The Premises Of The Existing Pszok In The Skała Commune: Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Kraków Poviat, Skała Commune, Cianowice, Address: Ul. Do Cegielni, 32-043 Skała, Geodetic District No. 0002 Cianowice, Registration Plots: 12/9, 12/10. Access To The Pszok Area Is Directly From A Public Road And Should Be Maintained After The Investment Is Completed.3.4. Existing Condition: The Existing Pszok Is Partially Fenced And Has A Partially Unpaved Surface And A Partially Hardened Surface. The Technical Condition Of The Facilities Located In The Pszok Area Is Described As Very Poor. The Facility Lacks, Among Others: Properly Constructed Fences For Rubble, Renovation Waste And Green Waste, As Well As Full Hardening Of The Surface To Protect The Ground And Water Against The Impact Of Stored Waste.
