The General Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A) Earthworks And Demolition Of Existing Elements And Surfaces, B) Construction Of New Hardened Surfaces Made Of Concrete And Granite Cubes, C) Delivery And Installation Of Site Equipment Elements (Benches, Baskets, Flagpoles), D) Development Of The Area Around The Monument, Including Topsoil And New Planting Of Greenery, E) Comprehensive Renovation Of The Monument, Including Replacement Of The Memorial Plaque (In Accordance With The Guidelines And Content Indicated In The Letter Of The Institute Of National Remembrance, Reference Number: Buwiii-913-146(2)/26), F) Execution, Delivery And Installation Of An Information And Commemorative Board In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Program Places Of Memory And Permanent Commemoration In The Country - Renovation, Research, Educational Works 2026 Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage And The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Carrying Out Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds.3. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And Their Quantities Are Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Attached Maps - Annex No. 4. The Ordering Party Also Provides The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu, As An Annex To The Swz, However, This Document Serves Only To Determine The Technical, Technological, Quality And Material Requirements For The Planned Works. The Ordering Party Clearly Stipulates That The Pfu Should Be Treated In This Procedure Only As An Auxiliary Document To Determine The Standard Of Work Execution.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months And Not More Than 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Visit The Site Of The Subject Of The Order Before Submitting The Offer. Submitting An Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit, Otherwise The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
