The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works And Supplies For The Task Called: Construction Of Hardened Areas And Supply Of Equipment For The Investment Entitled Modernization And Expansion Of The Warehouse Building Of Km Psp Tychy.2. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 3. The Task Covers The Basic Scope, And The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Including The Extension Of The Scope Of The Order To Include The Elements Described In Annex No. 18, Option Law And On The Terms Set Out In Chapter Xxxii Of This Tor. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, Execution Of Construction Works, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Integration Of Equipment And Technical Systems, As Well As Carrying Out Tests, Acceptance And Training Of Users. Detailed Functional, Operational, Technical And Quality Requirements For Individual Elements Of The Order Are Specified In Pfu And In Annexes No. 1-18 Thereto And Constitute The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party.
